We offer one price for all personal training sessions:

$85 / per person / per hour

Custom made workout programs tailored to one of the following: strength, weightloss, muscle size gain are priced as follows: 

4 week custom made workout plan: $250

 8 week custom made workout plan: $475

 12 week custom made workout plan: $775

Templated programs available for a flat, one time fee. Templates range in price from $150 - $275

Powerlifting Seminars are scheduled on an as-needed basis. $25 per person per seminar. Rain City Fit members, $15 per person per seminar.
